I like to offer a low-cost initial session of approximately 40/50mins, either online or face to face, so that we can discuss your needs and I can answer any questions you might have. It is important for you to choose the right therapist and to see whether it feels right to work together. This session will cost £35.00.
HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
I don’t work to a fixed number of sessions, and we can discuss the number of sessions when you contact me.
HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?
Once we agree to work together, sessions will be 50mins, ideally, we would meet weekly.
HOW MUCH WILL SESSIONS COST?
Initial exploratory/no obligation session £35.00
Each subsequent session £70.00
I accept cash or bank transfer after each session.
